Visa Application

Please make sure to complete your documentation as per your Visa Category and Visa Checklist

For Visit / Tourist Visa, know the following before applying:

It is mandatory to have Invitation Letter from designated Kazakhstan tourism entity which ETS can arrange for applicants for an additional fee of $ 40 per applicant.
Single Entry visa is issued for most travelers.
The Embassy / Consulates of Republic of Kazakhstan reserves the right to issue/refuse Visas.
No refunds are given for processing and application fee under any circumstances.

For smooth and hassle-free processing of your visa, it is essential that you provide the required documents for your visa category with your application. Please carefully read the required documentation list for each visa category. Make sure you have copies of original documents, including attested copies where required.

Submitting your Application

STEP 1

Book your appointment online or call our contact centre at 042-37118111 to schedule your visa appointment at Kazakhstan House Lahore.
Complete the Application Form and Document Checklist and attach supporting documents.
Please make sure to bring a copy of your Visa Invitation Letter issued as per your visa category, you may call our “Travel & Tourism desk” for assistance in Visa Support Number for travel & tourism.

STEP 2

Arrive on time for your appointment. You spot will be reserved for 15 minutes from your appointment time.
Upon arrival to Kazakhstan House, you will take a token and wait for your turn.
Your number will be called to Window 1, where you will pay the requisite visa processing fee in Cash in PKR and our staff will verify that your documentation is complete.
An original stamped payment receipt will be provided to you. Please keep it till your passport is returned to you.
You will be provided an Interview Questionnaire form to fill out.

STEP 3

Once you submit the required fee and our staff verifies the completion of your application, you will proceed to Window 2 for Bio-Metric Verification and Live-Photograph.
Our team member will conduct a brief interview with you to learn more about you and your purpose of travel to Kazakhstan.

STEP 4

Submit your visa application and supporting documents with original passport.
You will be provided a Confirmation Slip. You MUST retain the Confirmation Slip till your passport is received.

STEP 5

You will receive a text message and an email informing you that your passport is ready for collection.
Please read the Passport Collection Guide and make sure you bring required documents when coming to collect your passport.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

ETS is authorized by the Embassy of Kazakhstan to conduct verification of supporting documents submitted with visa applications.
In case of any documents are found to be forged, bogus, fake, altered, or imitated, ETS will immediately inform the Embassy and the Applicant could be blacklisted from applying for visa.
ETS will verify supporting documents with the visa application from concerned authorities such as banks, educational institutions, government organizations, regulators, and chambers etc.
Document verification by ETS is conducted on behalf of the Embassy of Republic of Kazakhstan and Consulate in Punjab without any obligation to applicant to provide any verification report.
ETS does not give any commitment or assurance for issuance of visa. ETS Staff cannot give any assurance for issuance of visa.
Only computer-generated payment challan is to be paid. No other payments are to be made to any ETS staff member.

Processing Times

It is recommended that applicants submit their visa application at least one month prior to date of travel.
Please do not purchase confirmed Air Ticket and Hotel reservation in Kazakhstan until you receive your visa.
No urgent or expediated visa processing requests will be entertained.
If your visa is refused, you may reapply with fresh documentation and new processing fee.
